Seeing as this is my first blog I hope that you will bear with me as I learn how to better write and communicate with you all in my first piece. If I can take a moment and introduce my myself, my name is Joseph Antosiak, I was born in Cleveland, Ohio (go Tribe) and I have lived in Colorado pretty much all my life; I have been a chef/entrepreneur for 30 years and currently the owner of cookwithchefjoe.com a personal chef, catering and consulting service located in Littleton, Colorado. I wanted to let everyone know that I will be competing in the 12th Annual Denver International Wine Festival hosted by Wine Country Networks.
The Pairsine Chefs Food and Wine Competition will take place at the new Westin Hotel at DIA on November 3 from 6-9.
Come out and support and cheer on some great local chefs ( and me ) and enjoy some great food and wine all at the same time.
One of the items I will be serving is this Game Meatball featuring elk and buffalo, studded with green chilis and slathered with my homemade blackberry whiskey BBQ Sauce, served with a Pesto Brussels sprout slaw. I'm going to pair it with the Creekside Cellars Colorado Robusto...amazing
