Pairsine Chefs Fine  Food & Wine Pairing Competition

Was super excited to have had the opportunity to compete at Pairsine Chefs Fine Food & Wine Pairing Competition on November 1 at the Marriott Westminster. My smoked pork ragu with mesquite brown rice, crema and smoked walnut pesto along with prickly pear sweet chili shrimp and quinoa brown rice salad with teriyaki vinaigrette All were a big hit with the attendees. Thanks to everyone who attended!
